The online gaming software company declared that it had made a record profit of $ 7.7 million in the previous quarter. The figures are the best ever for the company since its inception. The reason behind the good performance can be linked to the company’s long standing relationships with its old clients as well as its acquisition of new and better customers. The company has earned a good reputation for itself in the online gaming software industry.

The company stated that it has witnessed a record 71% increase in its revenues in the last quarter. No wonder the company’s share prices also increased during the last few months. Another reason for celebrations at Cryptologic is its new found client, adult entertainment magazine giant Playboy. Playboy has announced that it would be launching an online casino website in the near future. Cryptologic would be providing the software for the website. “When we set out to find a partner for a new Playboy-branded Internet casino, Cryptologic software was a natural fit” said the CEO of Playboy, Hugh Hefner. Playboy would be launching the online casino and would be promoting it throughout the world except US where the future of online gambling is uncertain.
